By using picsin.in or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. Last updated: [admin to update].

1. Your photos

You confirm that you own the rights to, or have permission to print, any photograph you upload. Picsin does not claim ownership of your images and does not use them for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.

2. Pricing and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated. Prices can change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Payment

We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets via our payment gateway, plus Cash on Delivery for eligible pincodes. Payment information is never stored on our servers.

4. Orders and fulfilment

An order is confirmed once payment is successful (or the COD OTP is verified). From that point, fulfilment is governed by our Shipping Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We will never ask you for your password.

6. Liability

Picsin's maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [admin to update — e.g. New Delhi].
