This Shipping Policy explains how Picsin Enterprises (“Picsin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes, packs, ships, and delivers orders placed on Picsin.in.

By placing an order on Picsin.in, you agree to the shipping terms described in this policy.

1. Shipping Coverage

Picsin ships orders across India through courier and logistics partners.

Shipping availability may depend on:

  • Customer delivery address
  • Courier serviceability
  • Product type and size
  • Order value
  • Delivery location
  • Courier restrictions or operational limitations

If a location is not serviceable, Picsin may contact the customer to revise the address, hold the order, or cancel the order with an applicable refund.

2. Shipping Partners

Picsin works with multiple courier partners to deliver orders across India.

Shipping is primarily handled through Shiprocket, along with other courier partners where required based on delivery location, package type, and service availability.

Courier partner selection is done by Picsin based on operational suitability and delivery coverage.

3. Order Processing Time

All Picsin products are personalized and made to order. Processing time begins after:

  • Order details are successfully submitted
  • Payment is confirmed for prepaid orders
  • Cash on Delivery order is confirmed by phone, where applicable
  • Uploaded image and customization details are available for production

Processing time may vary depending on the product type, size, quantity, image quality, customization requirements, order volume, and quality checks.

Orders may take longer during high-demand periods such as festivals, promotional campaigns, sales, or public holidays.

4. Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected orders, products, values, and locations.

For COD orders:

  • Picsin may verify the customer’s name, phone number, shipping address, and order details.
  • COD orders will be manufactured and shipped only after successful phone confirmation with the customer.
  • If the customer cannot be reached or does not confirm the order, Picsin may hold or cancel the order.
  • Picsin may restrict or remove COD availability at any time.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before the order is placed.

Picsin may offer free shipping across India on orders over ₹999, subject to current offers, product eligibility, and delivery serviceability.

Shipping charges may vary based on:

  • Order value
  • Product size
  • Package weight
  • Delivery location
  • Shipping method
  • Promotional offers

Any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped, unless the refund is due to an error by Picsin or a valid production-related issue.

6. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines may be shown during checkout or shared after the order is shipped.

Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier partner
  • Product type and package size
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Local delivery restrictions

Delivery timelines are estimates only and should not be treated as guaranteed delivery dates.

7. Order Tracking

Once an order is shipped, Picsin may share tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the customer account dashboard, where available.

Customers can use the tracking link or tracking number to check shipment status.

Tracking updates are provided by courier partners and may take some time to appear after the shipment is handed over.

8. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery based on their standard delivery process.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate shipping address
  • Providing a reachable phone number
  • Being available to receive the order
  • Responding to courier calls or delivery updates
  • Ensuring someone is available at the delivery address

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, the phone number is unreachable, the address is incorrect, or the order is refused, the package may be returned to Picsin.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers must check their shipping address carefully before placing an order.

Picsin is not responsible for delayed, failed, or incorrect delivery caused by:

  • Wrong address
  • Missing house/building details
  • Incorrect PIN code
  • Wrong phone number
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Address not serviceable by courier partners

If an address change is needed, the customer must contact Picsin as soon as possible at customersupport@picsin.in.

Address changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.

10. Delayed Delivery

Picsin works with courier partners to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Possible reasons for delay include:

  • Courier operational delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Festivals or public holidays
  • Strikes or transport disruptions
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Natural events or emergencies
  • Incorrect address or customer unavailability
  • Payment or COD confirmation delays

Picsin is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our reasonable control, but we will help customers track and resolve delivery concerns wherever possible.

11. Damaged Package or Product

Customers should inspect the package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or the product inside is broken, the customer should contact Picsin support as soon as possible.

For damaged or broken items, customers should report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Picsin may request:

  • Order ID
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Video evidence, where required
  • A clear description of the issue

After review, Picsin may offer a replacement, reprint, refund, or other suitable resolution depending on the issue.

12. Lost Shipments

If a shipped order is marked as lost by the courier partner or cannot be delivered due to courier-related reasons, Picsin will review the case with the courier partner.

After verification, Picsin may offer a replacement, reprint, refund, or other suitable resolution.

Lost shipment cases may take time to investigate depending on courier partner response timelines.

13. Return to Origin / Returned Shipments

An order may be returned to Picsin by the courier partner if:

  • The customer is unavailable
  • The address is incorrect or incomplete
  • The phone number is unreachable
  • The customer refuses delivery
  • The location is not serviceable
  • Delivery attempts fail
  • COD confirmation or payment-related issue occurs

If the order is returned due to customer-related reasons, Picsin may charge additional shipping fees for reshipping.

For customized products, refunds may not be available if the return is caused by customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or other customer-related reasons.

14. Delivery of Customized Products

Most Picsin products are personalized and made to order using customer-uploaded photos and selected customization options.

Because customized products are created specifically for each customer, they require careful production, packing, and handling before shipping.

Shipping may take longer for larger products, framed products, canvas prints, photo collages, bulk orders, or products requiring additional quality checks.

15. International Shipping

At present, Picsin primarily ships within India.

International shipping may not be available unless clearly stated on the website or confirmed by Picsin support.
